2016 Indoor: 5K (1st)
 
2016 Indoors: Won a conference title in the 5K at the PSAC Indoor Championships…won by more than two seconds at the conference meet despite running the event just once during the regular season…competed once in the 3K at the Crusader Classic (Susquehanna)…participated in just three meets during the season, including the conference championships.
 
2015 Cross Country: Earned NCAA Division II All-America honors with a splendid, 32nd-place finish in his final collegiate race to cap off his Raider career…served as SU’s No. 1 runner at the NCAA Championships for a team that finished fifth overall in the team standings…repeated with All-PSAC and USTFCCCA All-Region honors, placing 19th at the PSAC Championships for an All-PSAC Second Team citation, and placing 13th at the Atlantic Region Championships…competed just twice leading up to the “postseason” races, serving as SU’s No. 1 runner at the Mack Cooper Invitational (Slippery Rock) and serving as SU’s No. 2 runner among those in the Open race at the Paul Short Invitational (43rd)…participated in five meets during the season.

2014 Cross Country: Earned All-PSAC and USTFCCCA All-Region honors, emerging as a dominant postseason scoring runner for the Raiders…placed eighth at the PSAC Championships and fifth at the Atlantic Region Championships as SU’s No. 2 runner in both races…was SU’s No. 1 runner at the NCAA Championships, placing 94th overall…had not been a scorer during the season until SU’s three “postseason” races…posted six Top 40 finishes, including a fourth-place finish at the ECAC Championships…participated in all eight of the team’s meets during the season.
 
2014 Outdoors: Redshirt season.
 
2014 Indoors: Qualified for the 3K and the 5K at the PSAC Indoor Championships, placing 18th and 17th respectively, in his debut track campaign for the Raiders…ran PRs in both events at the conference meet…ran the mile and on a 4x8 relay at the Maroon & Gold Invitational (Kutztown)…participated in four meets during the season.
 
2013 Cross Country: Impressed in the postseason for the Raiders…served as the team’s No. 3 runner at both the PSAC Championships and NCAA Atlantic Region Championships, placing 23rd and 18th, respectively, before a turn as the team’s No. 4 runner at the NCAA Championships (174th)...established a new 8K PR at Gettysburg, running 26:17 and finishing fifth overall as SU’s No. 1 runner…completed the open race at the Paul Short Invitational as the team’s No. 2 runner.

2012 Cross Country: Ran in the first three races of the season before an injury prevented him from further competition…was among SU’s top performers, serving as the team’s No. 3 runner at both the Monmouth Invitational (Top-20 finish) and in the Brown race at the Paul Short Invitational (placed 75th)…made season debut as a Top-25 finish in the Piper Alumni Challenge as SU’s No. 4 runner.
 
Rising Sun High School: Totaled five varsity letters with the Tigers under coach Gail Dillaway…earned All-State accolades as a senior cross country runner and also achieved All-County honors…specialty events were the 1,600 and 3,200 meters as well as the 5K…also played soccer.

Personal: Full name is Austin John McGinley…is the son of Shawn and Elaine McGinley…majoring in geoenvironmental studies while seeking a minor in biology…has two siblings, Lindsey and Shane…Lindsey ran cross country at West Chester.
