Shippensburg University Athletics

2011 (Junior): Started all 14 games in which he appeared in in his first season at Shippensburg…took eight shots on the season…served as a firm presence along the backline, contributing to a defense that allowed just 17 goals in 16 regular season games – its lowest regular season opponent goals total since it established the school record of nine goals allowed in the 1987 season.

2010 (Sophomore): Started 15 games in his second season at Indiana Tech…appeared in one game off the bench…scored a game-winning goal against Saint Francis…took six shots.

2009 (Freshman): Appeared in 17 games and started three in his first season at Indiana Tech…took eight shots.

Calder High School: Competed for several years in youth leagues…played with the West Riding County FA under-19 squad…also ran track.

Personal: Full name is Sam Peter Talbot…is the son of Martin and Louise Talbot…majoring in marketing.
