Shippensburg University Athletics

2020 (Junior): No season due to COVID-19 pandemic.

2019 (Sophomore): Played in 12 matches, making five starts in his second season…totaled one goal, scoring on the road at Shepherd…logged starts in conference matches against ESU, Bloomsburg and Lock Haven…finished with five shots on goal.  
 
2018 (Freshman): Appeared in 16 games, making 13 starts, in his debut season with the Raiders…made an immediate impact as a midfielder…tied for third on the team with three goals…scored twice in the regular-season finale at Slippery Rock, including a golazo on a long free kick…also scored at Pitt-Johnstown…converted half of his shots on goal.
 
Parkland High School: Earned two varsity letters in soccer for the Trojans under head coach Patrick Birns…played club soccer for the Reading Rage under head coach Dale Witmer…worked primarily as a midfielder…selected as an EPC Star of the Week in his senior season…totaled 20 goals and four assists in his high school career…also competed in track and field.
 
About Iacobelli: Full name is Owen Christopher Iacobelli…is the son of Christopher and Sharon Iacobelli…double-majoring in supply chain management and marketing…has two sisters, Haley and Lyndsey and two brothers, Ben and Logan.
