Shippensburg University Athletics

2020 (Junior): No season due to COVID-19 pandemic.

2019 (Sophomore): Appeared in nine matches during his second season, making three starts…earned starts against conference opponents West Chester, Shepherd and East Stroudsburg…contributed to a defense that limited the opposition to one goal or less in four matches.
 
2018 (Freshman): Made two appearances off the bench for the Raiders in his debut campaign.
 
Garden Spot High School: Earned four varsity letters in soccer for the Spartans under head coach Michael Balazs…played club soccer for Penn Legacy under head coach Michael Siegfield…named to the Lancaster-Lebanon (LL) League Second Team All-Star squad…worked primarily as an outside back… earned two varsity letters in football…was a member of the Distinguished Honor Roll…is an Eagle Scout.
 
About Willwerth: Full name is Kyle Matthew Willwerth…is the son of Jeff and Lori Willwerth…double-majoring in management and marketing…has a sister, Brittany, who plays field hockey at Bucknell.
