2018 (Freshman): Appeared in six matches for the Raiders in his debut season, working primarily as a reserve midfielder…earned starts against Mercyhurst and Slippery Rock…totaled two shots on goal.
 
Dallas High School: Earned four varsity letters in soccer for the Mountaineers under head coach Chris Scharff…played club soccer for Pennsylvania Classics under coach Timothy Mehl and semi-pro soccer for the Electric City Shock for coach Andy Loughnane…named to the All-State team as a senior…received three All-Conference First Team honors in his career…selected to multiple Citizen’s Voice and Times Leader All-Star teams…scored 11 goals (including five game-winners) and tallied seven assists in his senior season…scored the game-winning goal in the district championship his junior year to highlight three postseason goals…compiled six goals and nine assists as a freshman…compiled a 3.6 high school GPA.
 
About Chopyak: Full name is David Robert Chopyak…is the son of Dave and Tracy Chopyak….majoring in biology and concentrating in pre-med.
