Biography

2011 (Junior): Completed another stellar campaign as SU’s main backer while serving as a tri-captain…named to the All-PSAC First Team, NSCAA All-Atlantic Region First Team and Daktronics Atlantic Region Second Team after his third season with the Raiders…was the only Raider to start all 17 games…served as a stabilizing force along the back lines…scored two goals and had two key assists: one on the game-winning goal in double overtime against ECC champion NYIT and the other with a header to a teammate for the game-tying goal in the NCAA first round clash with Cal…collected his goals against Lock Haven and Charleston…contributed to a defense that allowed just 17 goals in 16 regular season games – its lowest regular season opponent goals total since it established the school record of nine goals allowed in the 1987 season.

2010 (Sophomore): Finished a banner season with multiple regional and national accolades…named to the All-PSAC Second Team squad as a back line player…voted by coaches to the NSCAA/Performance Subaru All-Atlantic Region Third Team…selected to the Daktronics Atlantic Region Second Team…started in all 21 games along SU’s back line…instrumental in the Raiders allowing just 29 goals in 21 games after allowing 36 goals in 2009 and 41 goals in 2008…team posted seven shutouts and limited opponents to one goal or less in six of its nine PSAC contests…scored three goals during the season…recorded the only Raider goal in a PSAC championship victory over ESU…SU was undefeated in games that Hill scored…achieved his first career tally in a road victory at Lock Haven…also caged a goal in a win at Bloomsburg…was successful on three of his eight shots on goal.

2009 (Freshman): Provided stability on the back lines as the team’s only member to start all 18 of the Red Raiders’ games despite being a freshman…anchored the back lines…recorded five shots from his defensive position including two in tie with Bloomsburg, both of which were on goal…had an additional shot on goal against Davis and Elkins…played a crucial role in Shippensburg’s 2-0 win over Shepherd and in the team’s four ties.

Concord High School: Earned four letters as a sweeper for the Raiders under head coach Scott Smith…competed for club team Delaware United under coach Gerard O’Neil…named to the All-Delaware First Team as a junior and a senior…received All-Blue Hen Conference First Team honors as a junior and a senior…recorded nine goals in two years of club ball…scored 13 goals during his high school career…tallied five assists during his career…earned a 2008 Sportsmanship Award.
