2009-10 (Junior): Continued to run the 400 meters for the Raiders in his third year with the team…teamed with the 4x400-meter relay squad to finish sixth at the PSAC outdoor meet…competed individually in the 400 meters at the PSAC outdoor meet…ran with the 4x400-meter relay squad at the PSAC indoor meet.
2008-09 (Sophomore): Became an integral relay competitor in his second year with the team…earned All-PSAC recognition during the outdoor season with a second-place finish on the 4x400-meter relay squad at the PSAC meet…placed fifth on the 4x400-meter relay squad at the PSAC indoor meet.
2007-08 (Freshman): Completed his debut season as a member of the Red Raider track and field program…specialized in the 400 meters.
Thomas Jefferson High School: Earned eight letters for the Patriots under coach Mark Spurrier…also played football.
Personal: Full name is Todd William Phillips…is the son of Richard and Joy Phillips…majoring in exercise science while seeking a minor in coaching.
