Shippensburg University Athletics

2020 Indoor: Represented the Raiders in mid-distance and distance competition in his debut indoor season…notched season bests in the mile and 1,000 meters at the Gulden Invitational and in the 3K at Susquehanna…competed in four meets.
 
2019 Cross Country: Competed in five races for the Raiders in his debut season…represented the Raiders in competition at the PSAC Championships as the team’s No. 10 runner…achieved his 8K season best in the open race at the Paul Short Run.
 
The Tatnall School: Totaled 12 varsity letters spanning track & field and cross country for the Hornets under head coach Patrick Castagno…named to the All-State Second Team as a junior and senior…finished as an All-County First Team performer as a junior and senior and an All-Conference First Team performer in each of his final three seasons…won state and conference cross country championships with his team in each of his final prep seasons…selected as an All-County First Team performer in track & field as a junior…won two state titles with his school’s 4x800-meter relay and a county championship with the group as a junior.
 
About Cintavey: Full name is Joseph Daniel Cintavey…is the son of Joe and Laura Cintavey...majoring in exercise science with an allied health pre-professional concentration…has a sister, Emily.
