2010-11 (Junior): Continued to specialize in the 3K during the indoor and outdoor seasons with the Raiders…posted an indoor season PR at the Bucknell Heptagonal…debuted in the 10K at the Fred Hardy Invitational from Richmond…hit a season PR in the steeplechase at the Millersville Metrics.
2009-10 (Sophomore): Qualified for the steeplechase at the PSAC outdoor championships in his second season with the Raiders…established his collegiate PR at the Paul Kaiser Classic from Seth Grove Stadium…achieved a collegiate outdoor PR in the 3K at the Princeton Elite Meet…posted his indoor PR in the 3K at the Bison Open…also competed indoors in the mile and 5K.
2008-09 (Freshman): Began his distance career on the track for the Raiders…set a collegiate 5K indoor PR at the John Covert Classic from Lehigh…also competed in the 3K…debuted in the outdoor 5K at the PSAC East Challenge.
Jenkintown High School: Totaled seven varsity letters in cross country and track competing for the Drakes under coach Carl Telly.
Personal: Full name is Gregory Eamon Ahlswede…is the son of Karl and Sandy Ahlswede…majoring in Spanish while seeking a minor in German studies…has a brother, Ben, who attends Shippensburg and has competed in the JFK 50-Mile Run.
