2009-10 (Junior): Maintained his role as a scoring performer in distance events for the Raiders in his third season…finished seventh in the 5K at the PSAC indoor meet…placed eighth in the 10K at the PSAC outdoor meet…set new PRs in the mile, 3K and 10K during the season.
2008-09 (Sophomore): Made a significant impact for the Raiders in his second season…totaled 11 points in two events at the PSAC outdoor meet…earned All-PSAC honors for the outdoor 5K and placed fourth in the outdoor 10K…finished second in the 5K at the PSAC indoor meet for his first all-conference certificate.
2007-08 (Freshman): Completed his debut season as a member of the Red Raider track and field program…specialized in distance events.
