2021 Outdoor: Named the 2021 PSAC Men’s Outdoor Track & Field Rookie of the Year to cap a tremendous debut outdoor season…selected as the 2021 PSAC Outdoor Championships Most Valuable Athlete after becoming the first Raider in school history to win conference titles in the 800 meters and the 1,500 meters in the same season…anchored the 4x400-meter relay to a conference championship…finished as a three-time USTFCCCA All-Region performer for the three aforementioned events…broke the school record in the 800 meters with a PR of 1:51.26 at the Lehigh Happy Easter Races…set a season best in the 1,500 meters of 3:54.79 at Messiah…contributed to a season best in the 4x4 relay of 3:14.71 at West Chester’s Last Dance Invitational…recognized as a U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) All-Academic Athlete for achieving an NCAA provisional qualifier and maintaining a GPA of 3.25 or higher…competed in eight meets.

2020 Indoor: Named the 2020 PSAC Men’s Indoor Track & Field Freshman of the Year to highlight a banner debut indoor season for the Raiders…selected as the 2020 PSAC Indoor Championships Most Valuable Athlete after becoming just the second man in league history to win conference titles in both the 800 meters and the mile in the same season…anchored the 4x800-meter relay to a conference title at the PSAC Championships…qualified for the NCAA Championships with the 4x400-meter relay before the competition was canceled…earned three USTFCCCA All-Region classifications for his season best in the 800 meters at VMI, his season best in the mile at the Bison Open and Multi, and with the 4x400-meter relay at VMI…competed in four meets.

Cross Country
• 2020 All-PSAC First Team (9th place)
 
2020 (Sophomore): Functioned as the team’s No. 2 runner in all three of the team’s races during an abbreviated season held in 2021 because of the COVID-19 pandemic…earned All-PSAC First Team honors with a ninth-place finish at the PSAC Championships…finished third at both the SU Invite and at the LHU Winter Invite.
 
2019 (Freshman): Served as the team’s No. 1 runner at the NCAA Atlantic Region Championships with a 35th-place finish to conclude his debut cross country campaign…also finished as a scoring runner at the Piper Alumni Open and the Bloomsburg University Invitational…represented the Raiders at the PSAC Championships as the team’s No. 6 runner…recorded an 8K season best at the Paul Short Run…competed in all six races in his debut season.

Dulaney High School: Totaled multiple varsity letters spanning cross country and track & field for the Lions under head coach Chad Boyle…won Maryland state titles as a senior in both the indoor and outdoor 1,600 meters and in the outdoor 800 meters…named the 2019 Towson Times Athlete of the Year and his high school’s Athlete of the Year as a senior...nominated for the Gatorade Track & Field Athlete of the Year…honored with a Sports Boosters Scholarship…also played soccer…contributed to a team state championship in cross country as a freshman…was a four-year honor roll student and a member of the Honors Society.
 
About Dailey: Full name is Andrew Connor Dailey…is the son of Mark and Debra Dailey...majoring in supply chain management…has a brother, Ty, and a sister, Marissa…father, Mark, is the 1993 USA runner-up in the 1,500 meters who competed in the Olympic Trials in both 1992 and 1996…Mark is in the Eastern Michigan University Hall of Fame and is the 124th person to run a documented sub-4:00 mile.
