• 2-Time All-PSAC (’21 Second Team, ’20 First Team)
2022: PSACs (32nd, No. 8)
2021: PSACs (29th, No. 6) | Regionals (35th, No. 5)

8K PR: 25:52.5 (Sept. 30, 2023, Paul Short Run)
10K PR: 32:36 (Nov. 6, 2021, Atlantic Region Championships (Lock Haven))
 
2022 (Sophomore): Competed in three races…served as the team’s No. 1 runner in the first two meets of the season with consecutive second-place finishes…battled back from injury to represent the Raiders in competition at the PSAC Championships.
 
2021 (Freshman): Solidified a role as a scoring runner for the Raiders…served as the team’s No. 5 scorer at the regional championships with a Top 40 finish in his inaugural collegiate 10K…achieved All-PSAC Second Team honors with a 29th-place finish at the conference championships as the team’s No. 6 runner…posted Top 15 finishes in the first two races of the season as a No. 3 and No. 2 scoring runner respectively…established his 8K season best at the Paul Short Run. 
 
2020 (Freshman): Achieved All-PSAC First Team honors in his debut cross country race…posted a 13th-place finish at the PSAC Championships…served as the team’s No. 4 runner to conclude an abbreviated season held in 2021 because of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Northern Bedford County High School: Totaled seven varsity letters in cross country and track & field for the Panthers under coaches Wayne Sherlock, Joe Over and Jeff Batzel…finished as a four-time PIAA State Cross Country Championships qualifier, achieving Top 50 finishes as a junior and senior…ran second place at the PIAA District 5 ‘A’ Championships as a senior…named three times to the Inter County Conference (ICC) First Team All-Star squad for cross country and once for track…recognized as a four-time All-Bedford Gazette First Team All Star for cross country and once for track…selected three times to the All-Altoona Mirror First Team squad for cross country and once for track…submitted PRs of 9:45 over 3,200 meters and 16:10 for a cross country 5K…was a member of the National Honor Society…also earned four varsity letters in wrestling.
 
About Sherlock: Full name is Ian Gerald Sherlock…is the son of Wayne and Michelle Sherlock, and Randy and Denise Thomas…majoring in strategic communication (masters) while seeking a minor in marketing…has three brothers, Collin, Cameron and Cody, and three sisters, Emilee, Jess and Paige.
