2023 (Freshman): Competed in six meets…qualified for the PSAC Championships in the 5K…ran the 800 twice (season best and PR of 2:03.87), the 1,500 once (season best of 4:04.91), the 3K once (season best of 8:41.62) and the 5K four times (season best of 14:48.53).
Kennard-Dale High School: Totaled six varsity letters spanning cross country and track & field for the Rams under coach Michael Twigg…earned four varsity letters in cross country…registered a 5K PR of 15:37.2 at the Paul Short Run as a senior…finished as the York-Adams Interscholastic Athletic Association (YAIAA) runner-up as a junior with a time of 16:09 and was the District III ‘AA’ Championships runner-up as a junior with a time of 16:10…was a member of the National Honor Society and the Distinguished Honor Roll.
About Quinan: Full name is Garrett Quinan…is the son of Bruce and Shirley Quinan…father Frank competed collegiately in cross country and track & field…mother Carolyn competed collegiately in swimming.
