2-Time All-PSAC Second Team (18th in 2015, 20th in 2016)
2-Time All-Atlantic Region (11th in 2015, 10th in 2017)
2017 (Junior): Achieved All-Region honors to highlight his third season with the Raiders…served as a scoring runner in all five races he completed…earned All-Region honors with a 10th-place finish at the NCAA Atlantic Region Championships as the team’s No. 4 runner…finished as the team’s No. 3 runner at the NCAA National Championships with a 78th-place finish…won the Carnegie Mellon Invitational with a time of 26:12…slotted as the team’s No. 3 runner at the Piper Alumni Open and the No. 5 runner at the Division II Challenge…competed at the PSAC Championships but did not finish the race.
2016 (Sophomore): Earned All-PSAC Second Team honors in his second season with the Raiders…took to the start line four times on the year…served as the team’s No. 4 runner at the NCAA National Championships with a 112th-place finish…slotted as the team’s No. 3 runner at the Paul Short Run…finished 20th at the PSAC Championships as the team’s No. 6 runner…posted a Top-15 finish at the Mack Cooper Invitational.
2015 (Freshman): Achieved All-PSAC Second Team and All-Region honors in a successful debut season with the Raiders…competed in seven races…served as a scoring runner on two occasions…finished 18th at the PSAC Championships as the team’s No. 6 runner…slotted as the team’s No. 5 runner at the Atlantic Region Championships with an 11th-place finish…represented the Raiders at the NCAA National Championships…notched a Top-15 finish as the team’s No. 5 runner at the Piper Alumni Open…completed four 8K races, two 10K races and one 6K course.
Altoona Area High School: Totaled eight varsity letters with the Mountain Lions under head coach Lee Baranik…won two PIAA indoor state medals in track & field…was the 2013 District 6 ‘AAA’ Cross Country Champion…achieved an Altoona Mirror Athlete of the Week award in 2013…established personal bests of 1:56 for 800 meters, 4:24 for 1,600 meters and 9:51 for 3,200 meters.
About Stroh: Full name is Dominic Anthony Stroh…is the son of Angel Stroh…majoring in exercise science while seeking a minor in biology…has two brothers: Dalen and Bennett.
