Biography
2017 (Freshman): Competed in four races in his debut season…completed three races at 8K and one at 6K…represented the Raiders at the PSAC Championships as the team’s No. 8 runner…recorded his 8K PR of 27:25 at the Paul Short Run “Brown” race.
James Buchanan High School: Totaled nine varsity letters for the Rockets under head coach Ryan Haylett…was a PIAA State Cross Country Championships qualifier as a senior…placed eighth at the district championships as a senior and 52nd at the state championships…posted a fifth-place finish at the Mid-Penn Conference Championships and a seventh-place finish at the District Championships as a senior in the 800 meters, running 1:57.5 at districts…finished ninth at the Mid-Penn Championships in the 1,600 meters as a senior with a time of 4:32.41…also competed in soccer, swimming and football.
About Leab: Full name is Dalton Micah Leab…is the son of Rodney and Coralee Leab…majoring in biology, concentrating in pre-physical therapy…has a sister, Brandalyn, and a brother, Clayton ’20.
