Biography

2017 (R-Freshman): Competed for all seven races in his second season with the Raiders…served as the team’s No. 4 scoring runner in the season-opening Piper Alumni Open…represented the team at the PSAC Championships and the NCAA National Championships as the No. 7 runner and at the Atlantic Region Championships as the No. 6 runner…finished 12th at the Carnegie Mellon Invitational…established a season-best 8K of 25:50 at the Paul Short Run “Brown” race and 10K of 32:32 at the Atlantic Region Championships…completed seven races, including four at 8K and two at 10K.
 
2016 (R-Freshman): Did not compete in cross country.
 
2015 (Freshman): Red-shirt season at UConn.
 
Radnor High School: Totaled 12 varsity letters, four each in cross country indoor track & field and outdoor track & field, while competing for the Raiders under coaches Ted Woolrey and Tom Flanagan…set school records in five events during his prep career…placed eighth in the mile at the PIAA State Championships and the PTCA Indoor State Championships…finished with eight All-Delco honors and eight All-Central League honors in his career…also played basketball…was an honor-roll student.
 
About Holm: Full name is Connor David Holm…is the son of Craig Holm and Karen Cossaboon...majoring in management…has a brother, Spencer, and a sister, Shannon…both siblings participated in sports at Cornell…parents ran professionally and both competed in Olympic Trials for the marathon.
