2015 Cross Country: Earned All-PSAC and USTFCCCA All-Region honors with Top 10 finishes for a strong Raider squad…placed seventh at the PSAC Championships as SU’s No. 3 runner…placed eighth at the Atlantic Region Championships as SU’s No. 3 runner…finished 66th overall at the NCAA Championships as SU’s No. 4 runner…placed 15th or better in all six races leading up to the NCAA Championships…served as a scoring runner for the Raiders in all seven races in which he competed…placed fifth in the Brown race at the Paul Short Invitational as SU’s No. 3 runner.
2014 Cross Country: Earned USTFCCCA All-Region honors and won the ECAC Championships at Mansfield, running 25:26 over 8K, serving as a postseason runner for the Raiders in his second full season…placed 15th at the Atlantic Region Championships as SU’s No. 3 runner…placed 29th at the PSAC Championships as SU’s No. 7 runner…placed 171st at the NCAA Championships as SU’s No. 4 runner…was one of six Raiders to compete in all eight events during the season…placed fifth at the Dickinson Long Invitational as SU’s No. 1 runner…was a scoring runner in 7-of-8 races, including a sixth-place finish at the Mack Cooper Invitational (Slippery Rock).

2012 Cross Country: Had a strong debut season with the Raiders, serving as the team’s No. 3 runner at the NCAA Atlantic Region Championships (his inaugural 10K race) and the No. 4 runner at the PSAC Championships…opened his season with a Top-20 finish as the Raiders’ No. 2 runner in the Piper Alumni Challenge to establish a 6K personal best…established 8K collegiate PR at Gettysburg with a Top-40 finish as SU’s No. 3 runner…was a Top-50 finisher at both the PSAC Championships (47th) and Atlantic Region Championships (42nd).

2016 Outdoors: Struggled with injuries during his final collegiate track campaign…competed on the 4x800-meter relay at the PSAC Outdoor Championships, placing ninth…ran once during the regular season, completing the 5K at the Colonial Relays.
2016 Indoors: Notched a pair of scoring performances at the PSAC Indoor Championships…placed sixth in the 3K and eighth in the 5K at the PSAC Indoor Championships, marking the first time scoring twice at a conference championships and the first time scoring in distance events…notched 5K PR at Hemery Valentine Invitational (Boston), breaking 15:00…established 3K season best at Bison Open (Bucknell)…competed once in the mile…participated in four meets including the conference championships.
2015 Outdoors: Qualified for the 800 meters at the PSAC Outdoor Championships, placing 18th overall…participated in four meets during the season, setting a season best in the 800 at the SU Invitational…ran 1,500 meters at the Colonial Relays and contributed to a 4x8 and 4x15 relay.
2015 Indoors: Contributed to a sixth-place finish with the distance medley relay at the PSAC Indoor Championships…ran the third leg (800 meters) of the DMR that ran 10:31.28…qualified for the PSAC Indoor Championships in the 800, placing 20th…ran the mile twice and contributed to two 4x4 and 4x8 relays during the season…ran season best in the 800 at the Bucknell Tune-Up…participated in five meets overall.
2014 Outdoors: Placed fifth in the 800 meters at the PSAC Outdoor Championships to highlight his second season, matching his PR of 1:55.90…qualified for the PSAC Outdoor Championships in the 1500 meters, placing 12th…contributed to a pair of 4x4 relays during the season…set season best in 1500 meters at Millersville Metrics…participated in five meets overall outdoors.
2014 Indoors: Contributed to a third-place finish with the distance medley relay at the PSAC Indoor Championships…ran the opening 1,200-meter leg of the DMR that ran 10:20.24…qualified for the mile at the PSAC Indoor Championships, placing 21st…notched season best in the mile at Maroon & Gold Invitational (Kutztown).
2013 Outdoors: Competed primarily in the 800 and 1,500 meters during the season, notching a conference qualifier in the latter…did not compete at the PSAC Outdoor Championships…ran one 5K during the year…participated in four meets overall outdoors.
2013 Indoors: Qualified for the PSAC Indoor Championships in the mile and 3K during his debut season…narrowly missed points in the mile, placing 10th with an indoor personal best…placed 22nd in the 3K…notched 3K season best at Bison Open (Bucknell)…participated on a 4x4 and 4x8 relay during the season.
Linganore High School: Four-year varsity starter in cross country and track for the Lancers, totaling 12 letters under coaches Andres Wright and Alvin Pridgeon…named the 2011 Maryland Gatorade Runner of the Year and the 2011 Maryland State Runner of the Year…finished as a 10-time All-Conference selection who twice earned First Team All-State accolades…received additional honors including two Conference Runner of the Year awards…specialized in the 5K, 3-mile and 3,200 meters.
