Biography
2010-11 (R-Junior): Appeared in 25 games and made 15 starts in his second season with the Raiders…scored 8.6 points per game…played 24.5 minutes per game…hit 41 percent of his field goals…shot 31.9 percent from three…dished out 39 assists and tallied 19 steals…led the team in scoring on five occasions…scored a career-high 20 points in 84-47 win over Central Penn on Dec. 1 and again in a 76-72 win at East Stroudsburg on Jan. 23.
2009-10 (R-Sophomore): Appeared in 13 games after transferring from Division I Fairleigh Dickinson in New Jersey…played 13.7 minutes per game and averaged 6.9 points per game…shot 39 percent from the field and 35.7 percent from three-point range…hit over 88 percent of his free throw attempts and missed just two all season…scored a season-high 17 points against Cheyney on Feb. 27…poured in 14 points and hit 3-of-6 three-pointers in 18 minutes of action against Kutztown…led the team with 11 points and three assists vs. Bloomsburg…made a season-high four three-pointers against Cheyney.
2008-09 (Sophomore): Competed for Division I Fairleigh Dickinson…appeared in seven games for the Knights, making four starts…averaged 1.3 points and two rebounds per game…scored a season-high three points on three occasions, including once vs. Pittsburgh on Nov. 14…averaged 15.7 minutes per game.
2007-08 (Freshman): Competed for Division I Fairleigh Dickinson…appeared in 10 games, making one start…averaged 11.5 minutes per game…shot 41.2 percent from behind the arc…averaged just under three points per game and 1.2 rebounds per game…grabbed five boards in the Knights’ home opener versus Norfolk State on Dec. 10... Scored a season-high nine points versus Stony Brook on Dec. 15, connecting on 3-for-5 from the floor, including a pair of three-pointers... Earned his first start versus St. Peter’s on Dec. 22...sidelined with an injury suffered at UNC- Charlotte.
Carlisle High School: Played guard for four years for his father, Coach Joe Stasyszyn...named District Tournament MVP, Sentinel Player of the Year, All-State Nominee (AAAA) and Blackhawk Tournament MVP his senior year... arned a spot on the Harrisburg Patriot News Big 15 Team in 2007...selected to the Mid-Penn Commonwealth Conference First Team in 2007...three-time team MVP...as a freshman, averaged 12 points per game... sophomore year averaged 14 points per game and junior year averaged 16 points per game...senior year, averaged 24 points per game, five rebounds per game and five assists per game...third on the All-Time scoring list with 1,634 points...three-point field goal leader with 297...holds the single season three-point record with 110...also holds the school record with 10 treys in a game…played for the New Jersey Cyclones club team and helped the team to the AAU Nationals Top 16 and to a championship at the Pitt Jamfest.
