2019 (R-Junior): Named to the All-PSAC Eastern Division First Team at wide receiver for the third consecutive season…ranked eighth in the PSAC with 896 receiving yards and ninth in the PSAC with eight receiving touchdowns…recorded multiple receptions in all 11 games, including five or more receptions in six games and 10 or more receptions in two games…posted season highs of 12 receptions at Cal U. and 153 receiving yards at Shepherd…had 10 receptions for 129 yards and three touchdowns against Lock Haven…hauled in two touchdowns in the season finale against No. 18 IUP…also caught touchdowns against Clarion, Slippery Rock and Shepherd…exceeded 100 receiving yards in five games, including each of the first three games of the season…averaged 14.9 yards per reception and 81.5 receiving yards per game…achieved a season-long reception of 76 yards for a touchdown at Shepherd.
 
2018 (R-Sophomore): Started all 11 games in his second season on the field, maintaining his role as a first-rate wide receiver…selected to the All-PSAC Eastern Division First Team…slotted second on the team with 43 receptions, 755 receiving yards and eight receiving touchdowns…finished fourth in the PSAC in receiving touchdowns, seventh in receiving yards, 11th in receptions and 12th in yards per catch…posted five games with 90 or more receiving yards, including three performances of 100 or more yards…finished with 10 catches for 138 yards and two touchdowns against Kutztown…had a five-catch, 115-yard, two-touchdown day against LIU Post…achieved a season-high 161 receiving yards and a touchdown in the season opener against Clarion…hauled in four passes of 50 or more yards for the season…tallied 97 receiving yards and a touchdown at Bloomsburg and 90 receiving yards and a touchdown at Lock Haven.
 
2017 (R-Freshman): Exploded onto the scene as one of the nation’s best wide receivers, starting all 12 games in his debut season…honored as the PSAC Eastern Division Freshman of the Year…named to the All-PSAC East First Team and Football Gazette All-Region Second Team squads…ranked second in the nation in yards per reception (26.71), eighth in the nation in receiving yards (1,202) and 14th in the nation in both receiving yards per game (100.2) and receiving touchdowns (12)…slotted second in the PSAC in receiving touchdowns and third in receiving yards…produced six 100-yard receiving games, including each of the first four contests…established single-game highs of eight receptions against American International and Kutztown, 176 receiving yards against West Chester, and two receiving touchdowns in five games…caught at least one pass in all 12 games…hauled in a single-season long reception of 83 yards for a touchdown against Bloomsburg…totaled three receptions of 70 yards or longer…tallied multiple receptions in nine games…established himself as the only SU freshman in history and one of just nine players overall to ever record 10 or more receiving touchdowns in a single season…became the first SU player named the PSAC Eastern Division Freshman of the Year since Chavez Cheatham in 2013…named the Red Raider “Impact” Player of the Year at the team’s postseason awards banquet.
 
2016 (Freshman): Redshirt season.
 
LaSalle College High School: Totaled three varsity letters for the Explorers under head coach John Steinmetz…recorded seven touchdowns as a senior and four touchdowns as a junior…thrived in track & field, earning multiple All-Catholic League classifications…ran on the fastest 4x200-meter relay in Philadelphia Catholic League history, earning All-State honorable mention…competed on a 4x100-meter relay that placed fifth at the PIAA Championships and second at the Penn Relays…individually placed ninth outdoors and 10th indoors in the 200 meters at the PIAA State Championships…ranked sixth in Catholic League history in the 200 meters…also competed in basketball and rugby.
 
About Eubanks: Full name is Winston Barry Quadir Eubanks…is the son of Winston and Aisha Eubanks…majoring in exercise science while seeking a minor in business…has two brothers, Kenneth and Ryan.
