2011 (R-Sophomore): Resumed his duties as the team’s long snapper…recorded three tackles on the season on downfield coverage on kicks…notched a solo tackle at both C.W. Post and Cheyney…played 35 snaps on the season as an offensive lineman and graded out at 80 percent…played a season-high 12 snaps against East Stroudsburg, grading out at 100 percent.

2010 (R-Freshman): Settled into the role of the team’s long snapper for all special teams situations…provided solid downfield coverage on kicks, recording tackles in five different games…achieved solo tackles Gannon, Bloomsburg and C.W. Post…saw time on the offensive line versus Cheyney.

2009 (Freshman): Redshirt season.

State College High School: Earned two letters as a center for the Little Lions under head coach Al Wolski while competing in the Mid-Penn conference…earned honorable mention at center…accepted an invitation to compete in the Lezzer-Lumber game…competed on an undefeated regular-season squad that won a district championship…also wrestled and competed in track and field.

Personal: Full name is Shay Nelson Ceglar …is the son of Raymond and Kelly Ceglar…majoring in management.
