Academy at Palumbo High School: Played running back, quarterback and defensive back for the Furness Falcons under head coach Anthony Pastore…ran for 4,457 career yards, ranking fifth-best in Philadelphia history...followed up a 1,254-yard junior season with 1,068 rushing yards while serving as the team's full-time quarterback as a senior...also intercepted 12 passes and passed for 10 touchdowns as a senior...twice earned All-City recognition and was a four-time honoree on the All-Public team...competed in the inaugural South Philly Bowl, The Chesapeake Bowl and the Philadelphia Eagles City High School All-Star Classic after his senior season...also earned All-Public recognition as a basketball player while playing for the Academy at Palumbo, where he attended high school.
