A valuable member of the offensive line who will compete for the starting job at left guard … is a valuable member of the offensive line rotation… has appeared in all 22 games over the last two seasons, making 18 starts.

2007 (Junior):  Started all 11 games for the Red Raiders and took part in 818 snaps, second-most on the team…participated in at least 61 snaps in every game of the season…  graded out at 60 percent or better in seven games of the season… earned a season-best grade out of 82 percent at Clarion on October 6… was graded out at 70 percent in the season finale at California (Pa.) on November 10.

2006 (Sophomore): Appeared in all 11 games for Shippensburg, starting in seven contests … took part in 544 snaps for the season and graded out at 63 percent playing primarily at left guard … earned a season-best grade out of 85 percent in the victory over Kutztown … participated in a season-high 74 snaps at Lock Haven, grading out at 68 percent … graded out at 79 percent at Slippery Rock.

2005 (Freshman):  Appeared in eight games as a true freshman … totaled just 15 plays in the team’s first six games, earning playing time against Bloomsburg and Indiana (Pa.) before totaling 156 over the final five … played in a season-high 55 snaps at Slippery Rock … totaled 42 plays at home versus West Chester in the season-finale … graded out at 70 percent against Indiana (Pa.) at home in just 10 plays … graded out at a season-high 71 percent at home versus California (Pa.).

Hazelton High School:  Played for Rocco Petrone at Hazelton … lettered three years in football as an offensive guard and defensive tackle … team was Wyoming Valley Conference and District 2 champions in 2002 and was Eastern Conference champions in 2003 … named PA Football News All-State Second Team and All-conference First Team as a senior … also earned All-Anthracite Big School and All-Area First Team honors … selected as a UNICO All-Star … team captain in 2004.
