2023 (Freshman):  Appeared in nine games as a true freshman, making seven starts for the Raiders…totaled 986 yards passing and five touchdowns…completed 6-of-9 passes for 122 yards and a touchdown in his collegiate debut Sept. 16 at IUP…made his first start Sept. 30 at Shepherd…registered season-highs in completions (19), passing yards (290) and rushing touchdowns (2) against the Rams…tossed a season-high three touchdown passes against West Chester (Oct. 7)…completed 11-of-19 pass attempts in SU’s Nov. 11 victory over Gannon.
 
2022 (Freshman): Attended West Virginia University during the spring semester.

William Penn Senior High School: Totaled four varsity letters for the Bearcats under head coach Russell Stoner…graduated as the programs' all-time passing leader…totaled 5,296 passing yards, 66 TD passes and 11 rushing touchdowns as a prep signal caller, including 2,155 yards, 28 TDs and a 71% completion percentage as a senior…2022 Maxwell Football Club Pennsylvania Mini Max Award-winner…is a three-time All-State selection, including First Team All-State as a junior and senior…tabbed All-York-Adams First Team as a Quarterback and Second Team as a punter…was valedictorian of his high school class…graduated with a 4.38 GPA…a member of the National Honor Society…named to the Distinguished Honor Roll.
 
About Stoner: Full name is Samuel Stoner…is the son of Russell and Allison Stoner…majoring in finance with a personal financial planning concentration…has a sister, Maddi. Father Russell played defensive back for Towson University…sister Maddi swam for Millersville University and is the program’s 200 fly record-holder.
