Downingtown East High School: Played cornerback and earned three varsity letters for the Cougars under head coach Michael Matta…Chesmont All-Conference selection as a senior…made 28 solo tackles, intercepted seven passes and forced two fumbles as a senior…as a junior, totaled 21 tackles and picked off four passes…also played baseball.

Personal: Full name is Justin Howe…is the son of Eric and Marykaye Howe…plans to major in criminal justice…older brother, Andrew, attends Shippensburg…has another brother, Patrick.
