2023 (Junior): Anchored the midfield for a Raider squad the reached the NCAA Division II Semifinals…started and appeared in all 20 games…registered an assist Sept. 9 at No. 7 St. Anselm…aided a defense that limited the opposition to one goal or less twelve times, including six shutouts…selected to the 2023 National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) Division II All-Academic Squad.
 
2022 (Sophomore): An All-PSAC Second Team selection…appeared in all 20 games, making 12 starts... had two goals and one assist... recorded nine shots, including five on the goal...contributed to the defensive corps by limiting opponents to two goals or less in 17 of the games she played in, five of which were shutouts…named to the 2022 National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) Division II All-Academic Squad.
 
2021 (Freshman): Played in 11 games for the Raiders in her debut season…served as a regular in the midfield…contributed to a defensive corps that limited opponents to two goals or less in the 11 matches she played, including eight shutouts…recorded her first collegiate point with an assist against Frostburg State…totaled two shots on goal.
 
Haverford High School: Totaled three varsity letters for the Fords under head coach Christa Taylor…played at the club level with Main Line Mayhem for coach Alex McMahon…earned All-Delaware County honorable mention and All-Central League honorable mention as a junior…named to the All-Main Line Second Team as a junior…selected as her team’s Offensive MVP as a freshman…scored 11 goals as a junior and seven goals as a sophomore…was a member of the honor roll.
 
About Conners: Full name is Emilia Conners…is the daughter of Stephen and Dina Conners…majoring in early childhood education…has three sisters: Michaela, Sophia and Olivia.
