Katie Shoop, a two-time NFHCA All-American defender for the Raiders, is in her third season as a volunteer assistant in 2016.
Shoop was a member of SU’s 2013 NCAA Division II National Championship squad who started all 85 of Shippensburg’s games from 2010-13. The Raiders posted a 75-10 record with Shoop in the lineup and played in four NCAA tournament competitions.
A four-time All-PSAC honoree, Shoop was also a four-time NFHCA Division II National Academic Squad selection. Her career statistics include four goals, 20 assists and three defensive saves.
Shoop graduated in December 2013 with a bachelor of science in management information systems and received her MBA from Shippensburg in 2015.
