Brittney Randolph is in her second full season as an assistant coach with the Shippensburg University Field Hockey in 2018. Randolph began her work with the Raiders as a volunteer during the 2017 spring season.

In 2017, Randolph was an integral member of the SU coaching staff that was named the 2017 National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) Division II National Coaching Staff of the Year and Atlantic Region Coaching Staff of the Year after guiding the Raiders to victory in the 2017 NCAA Division II National Championship.

Randolph, who boasts a USA Level 1 certification, coached for the USA Field Hockey’s development program called Futures in Spring 2018. In the fall of 2017, Randolph also coached the Shippensburg Area Elementary School team – furthering her commitment to growing the game in local communities. She has coached and served as a clinician at numerous summer camps for several years, and also regularly volunteers with USA Field Hockey.

Randolph is no stranger to the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC), having played as a defensive midfielder at Mercyhurst University from 2010-14. She appeared in 39 games with the Lakers and served as one of the field hockey team’s representatives for the Student Athletic Advisory Board as well as Mercyhurst’s Peer Educators Program.

As a high school athlete, Randolph played in back-to-back PIAA State Championships with Hershey High School in 2008 and 2009. She played at the club level with East Coast Field Hockey and participated in the 2009 USFHA National Field Hockey Festival.

Randolph is active in the medical field, currently working in Pinnacle Health System's cardiovascular department in pursuit of a career in pediatric cardiovascular medicine. She graduated from Mercyhurst in 2014 with a bachelor’s degree in biology with a concentration in pre-medicine.
