2019 (Sophomore): Started in 39 games for the Raiders during his sophomore season…primarily started as a corner outfielder…hit .304 with 23 RBIs on 35 hits….produced 15 extra-base hits, including seven doubles and eight home runs…had nine multi-hit games, including two three-hit games versus Seton Hill and Bloomsburg…delivered five multi-RBI games…hit two home runs in a game versus Shepherd…had a season-long hitting streak of five games.
 
2018 (Freshman): Made 50 appearances in his first season with the Raiders, starting all 50 in left field…recorded 41 hits…ranked second on the team with 14 doubles....had a .322 on base percentage and a .259 batting average…walked 13 times…posted eight multi-hit games, including two three-hit games…had multiple RBIs in nine games…reached base in 10 straight games at one point during the season…slugged all four of his home runs against divisional opponents…went 5-for-15 in the PSAC Tournament with two doubles, five RBIs and three runs scored…collected five hits and six RBIs in the Mansfield series.
 
South County High School: Earned four varsity letters as a member of the Stallions under head coach Robbie Smith…hit .360 as a senior with two home runs…named First Team Patriot Conference and was a nova nine honor member…hit nine home runs and batted .440 while playing for Legion Post 176 in the summer…also lettered in track and field.
 
About Knotts: Full name is Scout Daniel Knotts…is the son of Carl Knotts and Hye Suk…majoring in management information systems (MIS)…has a sister, Hailey Yi.
