Biography

2013 (Junior): Made an immediate impact with his power and speed in his first season as a Raider after transferring from Division-I Pittsburgh…started all 54 games, all but once in center field…team’s primary leadoff hitter…named an ABCA All-Atlantic Region First Team outfielder…also named a Second Team All-Atlantic Region outfielder by both NCBWA and Daktronics…tabbed as an All-PSAC East First Team outfielder…tied for second in the PSAC with 51 runs scored…was second in the PSAC with 202 at-bats…third in the PSAC with 24 stolen bases…five home runs and 65 hits ranked among the Top-10 in the conference…also ripped 13 doubles and three triples…second on the team with 38 RBIs and 99 total bases…batted .322, slugged .490 and had a .378 on-base percentage…recorded a .985 fielding percentage in center with just two errors…recorded 19 multiple-hit games and 10 multiple-RBI games…ripped three doubles at Mansfield on May 3…stole three bases at Catawba on March 19…had a season-high four hits against IUP…recorded three RBIs on three occasions.

2012 (Sophomore): Played in 40 games and started 13 in his second season at Pittsburgh…totaled 11 hits, three RBIs and seven runs…two extra-base hits were a double and triple…drew six walks…stole four bases in five attempts.

2011 (Freshman): Saw action in 13 games in his first year as a Panther...had three hits, scored three runs and drew two walks...stole one base.

Great Valley High School: Earned three varsity letters competing for the Patriots under head coach Matt Schultz…batted .420 with 101 hits, 18 home runs, 73 RBIs and 53 stolen bases in his career…named to the PHSBCA All-State First Team, the First Team All-Ches-Mont League and was awarded the Ches-Mont American League MVP following his senior season… two-time (2009-2010) Top 15 Area Shortstops by the Philadelphia Inquirer and all-area second team member...as a junior selected to the 2009 All-Ches-Mont League first team and Top Area Hitters list by the Philadelphia Inquirer...named to the 2009 Chester County Carpenter Cup Champion team…also played basketball.
