2020 (Senior): Was the team’s top pitcher in his fourth season, making five starts, before the season was canceled after 18 games due to the coronavirus pandemic…posted a team-best 2.76 ERA, allowing just nine earned runs over a team-high 29.1 innings…led the team with 28 strikeouts, posting at least five strikeouts in all five of his starts including a season-high seven strikeouts against Queens (N.Y.)…threw a complete-game shutout against Queens (N.Y.), scattering five hits and a walk over seven innings…allowed two earned runs or less in four of his five starts…threw at least five innings in all five of his starts…posted a 2-3 record, earning a second win with six shutout innings and six strikeouts against Le Moyne.
 
2019 (Junior): Appeared in 13 games for the Raiders in his third season, including 12 out of the bullpen…totaled 23 strikeouts in 27.2 innings…recorded at least one strikeout in nine outings, including a season-high six strikeouts in 4.1 innings of work against Mansfield…yielded just seven walks…posted multiple strikeouts in seven outings…struck out four in his first career start, a four-inning outing against Shepherd…struck out two in a shutout inning against East Stroudsburg.
 
2018 (Sophomore): Tied for the third-most appearances among Raiders in his second season…made 13 appearances out of the bullpen…threw 18.2 innings and struck out a career-high 22 batters…posted a 1-1 record…threw a season-high 2.2 innings against Slippery Rock, striking out a career-high six batters…fanned three batters in two scoreless, hitless innings of relief against Le Moyne…delivered scoreless innings of relief against Seton Hill, Shepherd and Millersville.
 
2017 (Freshman): Made 13 appearances out of the Raider bullpen in his debut season with SU…compiled 15.1 innings and struck out 13 batters…pitched in the PSAC Tournament against Mercyhurst…held opponents scoreless in six different relief outings.
 
Allentown High School: Earned three varsity letters as a member of the Redbirds under head coach Brian Nice…started seven games as a senior…finished with 3-0 record as a junior…also played basketball.
 
About Lysy: Full name is Kyle William Lysy…is the son of Kathy and John Lysy…majoring in organizational development & leadership, concentrating in leadership in society…earned his undergraduate degree in human communication studies and a minor in coaching in December 2020…has a brother, Andrew, who played collegiate baseball at Rowan.
