2009 (Freshman): Attended Shippensburg but was not with the team.

Delone Catholic High School: Earned two varsity letters as a Squire while playing for head coach Alan Felix…batted .484 during his senior season and notched 21 RBIs during that campaign…named to the Gettysburg Times All-Times Team and the Hanover Evening Sun All-Area First Team in 2008.

Personal: Full name is Jared William Becker…born on Sept. 28, 1989…is the son of Robert and Lisa Becker…majoring in criminal justice.
