2022 (Sophomore): Appeared in 40 games and made 31 starts as an outfielder in his second season…served as a regular in right field, making 30 starts at the position…totaled 22 hits, including a team-high five triples that tied for the most in the conference…slashed four doubles and a home run…registered 14 RBIs, including multiple RBIs in five games…delivered multiple hits in two games, including a 4-for-5 effort at Wilmington…finished the season by reaching base in each of the last seven games…had a season-long hitting streak of five games…posted a .969 fielding percentage, committing just two errors…recorded four outfield assists.
 
2021 (Freshman): Played in 10 games in his debut season, making eight starts in the outfield…made five starts in left field and three in right field...totaled three hits, two runs, a double and an RBI.  
 
James J. Ferris High School: Totaled three varsity letters for the Bulldogs under head coach Josh Beteta…named to the All-Hudson County First Team as a junior…posted a .360 batting average with 20 RBIs and four home runs as a junior…also played basketball…earned All-Hudson County Second Team honors in basketball as a senior…won the Thomas J. Favia Award for the most outstanding male athlete…named the Bulldog of the Year…received the Physical Education and Health Senior Achievement Award. 
 
About Williams: Full name is Jafari Williams… is the son of Joseph Williams and Allison Austin…majoring in exercise science, concentrating in human performance and fitness, while seeking a minor in psychology…has a sister, Felica Proctor, and five brothers: Courtney Proctor, Jelani Williams, Jabari Williams, Jaemon Williams and Jahi Williams…brother Jelani played baseball and ran track at Bethany College…brother Jabari played football and ran track at Bethany College…brother Jahi played baseball at St. Elizabeth University and now currently plays for Stockton University.
