Pete Baddick joined the Shippensburg University baseball coaching staff in the fall of 2019 as a volunteer assistant. The 2020 season is his first with the Raiders.
Baddick’s playing career began at Coastal Carolina in 2015 before he transitioned to Southeastern Community College, where he was a Region X JUCO Academic All-Conference performer.
His final two collegiate seasons were spent at Belmont Abbey, where he was a two-time Conference Carolina (CC) All-Academic honoree.
As a varsity athlete, Baddick played at Marian Catholic High School, where he was a Perfect Game honorable mention All-America selection as a senior.
Baddick is a native of Tamaqua. He graduated from Belmont Abbey in 2019.
