2020 Team Captain
 
2020 (R-Junior): No season due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
 
2019 (R-Sophomore): Started all 11 games along the defensive line in his second season…totaled 22 tackles, including 11 solo tackles…tied for second on the team with 3.0 sacks and fifth on the team with 4.0 TFLs…contributed at least one tackle in all 11 games, including multiple tackles in seven games and a career-high five tackles against Lock Haven…recorded 2.0 sacks that resulted in 28 yards lost against Lock Haven…recovered a fumble against Lock Haven…contributed to a TFL in four games.
 
2018 (R-Freshman): Transitioned to a position along the defensive line in his first full season on the field…appeared in six games as a reserve…totaled two tackles for the season…recovered a fumble for a touchdown against East Stroudsburg.
 
2017 (Freshman): Redshirt season.
 
Shippensburg Area Senior High School: Earned three varsity letters with the Greyhounds under head coach Eric Foust…served as a team captain his senior year…honored as the VFW Defensive Player of the Year for three straight years…helped lead his team to a District 3 semifinal win over Bishop McDevitt in 2016…honored as a Mid-Penn All-Star at Linebacker in 2016, while also being selected to multiple All-Star teams including the Public Opinion, Carlisle Sentinel and Patriot News teams...was a two-time state-qualifier in wrestling…won districts once.
 
About Tinner: Full name is Cameron John Tinner…is the son of Clyde and Trisha Tinner…majoring in history while seeking social studies teaching certification…father Clyde is a 1990 graduate…mother Trisha is a 1988 graduate…Clyde played football from 1986-1990 where he served as a captain his senior year and was a Division II Second Team Small School All-American….Clyde is currently the fire chief of Vigilant Hose Fire Company in Shippensburg.
