2014 (R-Freshman): Appeared in nine of 11 games for the Red Raiders during his debut season, earning two starts...made his first career start at Bloomsburg but was injured in the game and forced to miss two games as a result...also had a start versus Cheyney...totaled 19 tackles (five solo) for the season...recorded 1.5 tackles for loss...achieved a career-high 10 tackles against Cheyney and made seven tackles against Bloomsburg…was the recipient of the Rovegno Football Scholarship at the team’s postseason banquet.  
 
2013 (Freshman): Redshirt season…earned the Rovegno Football Scholarship at the team banquet.
 
Central Dauphin East High School: Earned three varsity letters for the Panthers under head coach George Chaump…was a three-year starter at linebacker…tallied 84 tackles, including 3.5 sacks, as a senior…finished with 72 tackles, including 6.5 sacks, as well as two forced fumbles as a junior…earned the Great American Rivalry Series Student-Athlete Award, the First Baptist Student-Athlete Award and the CD East Outstanding Student-Athlete Award… also played basketball.
 
About Brown: Full name is Christian Jay Brown…is the son of Andre and Shannon Brown…majoring in business administration…has two brothers, Andre and Justin.
