2012-13 (Freshman): Competed as a javelin thrower for the Raiders in her debut campaign…narrowly missed a PSAC place-winning performance with a ninth-place finish at the PSAC Outdoor Championships…established her collegiate best with a toss at the Fred Hardy Invitational in Richmond.

Mount Carmel Area High School: Earned 12 varsity letters with the Tornadoes under coach Ana Ditchey…thrived as a javelin thrower…qualified twice for states in the javelin and earned two district medals…won the District IV Championship in the javelin as a junior…earned a district medal in the discus as a senior…two-time Heartland Conference First Team honors for track & field…also played soccer and basketball…honored twice as a Heartland Conference Second Team point guard in basketball for a team that won two district titles…played defense for the soccer team, earning Heartland Conference Second Team honors as a senior…was a member of the National Honor Society and the National Athletic Honor Society.

Personal: Full name is Heather Ann Bolick...is the daughter of Frank and Sue Bolick…majoring in exercise science…has a sister, Jennifer…father Frank was a baseball standout, drafted in 1987 by the Milwaukee Brewers and played in the majors with the Montreal Expos and the Anaheim Angels.
