Biography
2013-14 (Junior): Competed for the Raiders in her third season with the squad…primarily swam in freestyle events.
2012-13 (Sophomore): Improved her efforts as a sprint freestyle swimmer in her second season with the Raiders…achieved career PRs in all four events she swam at the Bison Invitational in February, including both sprint freestyles as well as the 200 and 500 freestyle.
2011-12 (Freshman): Debuted as a freestyle swimmer for the Raiders…primarily swam the sprint events…achieved PRs in the 50 and 100 freestyle at the Patriot Invitational.
Springfield High School: Swam distance freestyle events for the Cougars under head coach Derek Kay…totaled four varsity letters…competed at the club level with Lansdowne YMCA under the guidance of Jim Leitz.
About Brumback: Full name is Abigail Marie Brumback…is the daughter of Phillip and Jan Brumback…majoring in English and seeking secondary teaching certification…has a brother, Phillip…active in a variety of on-campus organizations, including Student Senate, SU Education Association, National Council of Teachers of English and Collegiate Middle Level Association.
