2010-11 (Sophomore): Returned to action for Hagerstown Community College…placed second at the NJCAA Indoor National Championships in the shot put with a personal best throw…competed outdoors at the NJCAA North East District Championships in the shot put, discus, hammer and javelin.
2008-09 (Freshman): Competed at the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) National Championships while attending Hagerstown Community College…took 16th place in the shot put at the NJCAA Indoor Championships and eighth place at the NJCAA Outdoor Championships.
Chambersburg Area Senior High School: Amassed multiple varsity letters with the Trojans under throwing coach Roger Coleman…placed eighth in the shot put at the 2008 District 3 Championships and led the area with a season best shot put of more than 40 feet…led the area and placed ninth at the 2007 District 3 Championships.
Personal: Full name is Elizabeth Ross...majoring in sociology.
