2012-13 (Sophomore): Ran sprints for the Raiders in her second season with the team…was a PSAC indoor qualifier in the 60 meters and a PSAC outdoor qualifier in the 100 meters…set indoor personal best in the 60 meters at the Bison Opener in Bucknell…achieved her season bests outdoors at the Paul Kaiser Classic.
2011-12 (Freshman): Was a PSAC indoor qualifier in the 60 meters and a PSAC outdoor qualifier in the 100 meters during her debut season with Shippensburg…specialized in sprints…achieved her outdoor PRs in the 100 and 200 meters at Bucknell…notched her indoor personal best in the 60 meters at the PSAC championships.
Dallas High School: Earned five varsity letters with the Mountaineers under coach Matt Samuel, three in track & field and two in cross country…placed third in the 100 meters at her district meet as a senior...totaled two district medals in the 100 meters…served as a co-captain during senior year…ran the anchor leg on 4x100-meter relay that twice broke school record and twice placed at districts…program only lost one dual meet in three years…graduated with first and second honors.
Personal: Full name is Cierra Grace Plesnar…is the daughter of Steven and Leslie Plesnar…majoring in psychology while seeking minors in English and disability studies…has a brother, Cody, who played football at Shippensburg.
