2016 Team Tri-Captain

2015 (Junior): Continued stellar career as SU’s starting shortstop…led SU in batting average (.382) and runs scored (47)…hit 10 doubles, a triple, a career-high six home runs and drove in 26 runs…finished with a .590 slugging percentage – second-best on SU – and a .464 on-base percentage…struck out just 15 times in 144 at-bats…led SU with 14 steals in 16 attempts…reached base in his final 34 games of the season consecutively...had 16 multi-hit games, including two four-hit games…recorded seven multi-RBI games…went 4-for-4 with four RBI and three runs scored in a win over Mansfield on March 22…hit two home runs on Feb. 7 at Belmont Abbey and March 10 at Catawba.
 
2014 (Sophomore): Started in 44 of SU’s 46 games (43 at shortstop) during a durable second season in which he was a mainstay near the top of the lineup…dealt with lingering injury for much of the season…batted .276 with two doubles and a home run…struck out just 12 times in 145 at bats…had 21 RBIs and was a perfect 8-for-8 in stolen-base attempts…scored 18 runs and recorded 12 walks…recorded 10 multi-hit games…recorded multi-hit games in five of the first six games to open the season…hit second in the lineup in 22 games and third in 13 games…went 2-for-3 with a double, RBI and a run scored at Lock Haven…went 1-for-2 with a walk and two RBIs vs. West Chester…collected two RBIs, two stolen bases and a run in a 1-for-2 performance vs. Kutztown.
 
2013 (Freshman): Impressed as a shortstop in his rookie season en route to being named to the All-PSAC East First Team…batted .331 with 55 hits and 32 runs…smacked five doubles, a triple and a home run…drove in 19 runs and stole 11 bases (second-most on the team)…recorded 13 multiple-hit games…hit a triple in the season opener at Barton as part of a 2-for-2 effort with two runs scored and a season-best three RBIs…totaled a career-high four hits in a 4-for-4 effort with two runs scored in his second career game…in total, reached base in 11 of his first 12 career plate appearances…hit a home run against Clarion…batted north of .400 through the first 16 games of the season.
 
Philipsburg High School: Earned four varsity letters for the Mountaineers under head coach Doug Sankey…batted .525 as a junior and .495 as a senior…stole 31 bases as a senior…career record holder in hits, stolen bases, runs and least times being struck out…four-time conference all-star…named the Progressland Player of the Year…led Progressland in total hits, triples, stolen bases and runs scored and scored 15 more runs and swiped 12 more bases than the second-place finishers in the respective categories…also played football…was a member of the National Honor Society.
