2012-13 (Sophomore): Earned a 4-5 record at 125 pounds in his second season with the team…had a 3-3 record in dual meets and a 1-2 tournament record…earned a pin in 5:35 at the Super Region 1 Duals…also earned bonus points with a 16-1 technical fall vs. West Liberty and an 18-8 major decision at the Super Region 1 Championships.

2011-12 (Freshman): Posted a 4-4 record with the Huskies in his debut season…went 3-3 in tournaments and 1-1 in dual meet competition…recorded bonus points in three victories, including a pin, major decision and technical fall.

Big Spring High School: Earned four varsity letters with the Bulldogs under coach Kemal Pegram…posted a career record of 113-30 in high school…placed fifth at the PIAA state meet as a senior and fourth at the PIAA state meet as a junior…qualified for the PIAA state meet as a sophomore…named to the 2011 All Start Wrestling Big 14 team and the 2009-10 PIAA ‘AAA’ all-state squad…won two sectional championships…cited three times as a Mid-Penn All Star…earned a South Central Region championship in 2010 after a third-place finish in 2009…chosen as his team’s MVP for the 2009-10 season…honored with the 2007-08 Young Bulldog award…received Harold E. Reed Jr. Memorial and Rick Gilliam Scholarship awards…recognized as a United States Marine Corps Distinguished Athlete…wrestled on the club circuit with Renegade Force under coach Chris Bentley.

Personal: Full name is Dereck Michael Enders…is the son of Ritchie Enders and Tricia Helman…majoring in geo-environmental studies…has four siblings: three brothers and one sister.
