Biography

2014 (R-Sophomore): Appeared in all 11 games for the Red Raiders in his second full season (third overall) with the Red Raiders…ranked fourth on the team with 363 rushing yards, averaging 4.4 yards per carry, with four touchdowns…averaged 4.4 yards per rush…also caught 15 passes for 136 yards, averaging 9.1 yards per reception…had a season-long rush of 24 yards against Cheyney and a season-long reception of 46 yards against Bloomsburg…set new single-season career highs in rushes, rushing yards, receptions, and receiving yards…earned five or more carries in the final six games of the season and seven of the last eight…served as the team’s “quarterback” against Cheyney, leading a Wildcat offense, producing single-game career bests of 26 rushes and 148 rushing yards…completed 2-of-3 passes for 10 yards in the game…ran for scores against Cheyney, Kutztown, Edinboro and West Chester…finished with 17 rushes for 67 yards and a touchdown serving a similar “quarterback” role at West Chester…produced 499 all-purpose yards on the season despite not serving on kick duties…was the 1981 Football Team Scholarship recipient at the team’s postseason awards banquet.
 
2013 (Sophomore): Played in the first three games of the season, including making his first career start in the season opener at Shepherd, before missing the final eight games to injury…ultimately granted a medical hardship waiver...carried the ball nine times…caught 11 passes for 111 yards and a touchdown…recorded his first career receiving touchdown at Slippery Rock in a four-catch, 53-yard (career-high) effort…also caught four passes at Shepherd.
 
2012 (Freshman): Played a key role as a running back and returner for the Red Raiders straight out of high school in his debut season…led the team with 19 kickoff returns, totaling 384 yards on those runbacks…averaged 20.2 yards per kickoff return, including a long of 31 yards…earned 15 carries out of the backfield for a total of 44 yards…averaged 2.9 rushing yards per carry…scored his lone touchdown of the season against Cheyney…registered a season-high eight carries versus Millersville…caught two passes for nine yards…tallied 437 all-purpose yards.
 
Garnet Valley High School: Three-year varsity contributor for the Jaguars under head coach Mike Ricci…as a senior, ran for 1,745 yards and scored 21 touchdowns…First Team All-Conference and All-County…All-County Player of the Year… named the 2011 Daily Times Football Player of the Year…also an honorable mention selection at running back on the 2011 All-EasternPAFootball.com Big School Team (Class AAAA-Class AAA)…Second Team All-State…Second Team All-Southeastern PA…ran the ball 62 times for 409 yards and five touchdowns as a junior despite missing four games due to injury…added 348 receiving yards and seven touchdowns on his career...also played baseball.
