2010-11 (Junior): Returned to the track for the Cornhuskers…served as a team captain…placed eighth in the 10K at the Big 12 outdoor championship meet…qualified for the Big 12 indoor championship meet in the 3K and the 5K…posted Top 10 finishes in both events…established a new indoor PR in the 1,000 meters at the Holiday Inn Invitational…recorded her new outdoor PR in the 3K at the Kansas Relays.
2009-10 (Junior): Redshirt season…served as a team captain.
2008-09 (Sophomore): Maintained her status as one of the elite distance runners in the Big 12 conference during her second season with the Cornhuskers…earned All-Big 12 honors in both the 5K and 10K for the second straight year at the Big 12 Outdoor Championships with Top 6 finishes…posted NCAA provisional qualifying marks in the 10K at the Stanford Invitational and the Payton Jordan Invitational…finished 13th in the 10K at the NCAA outdoor meet… achieved All-Big 12 honors and set two indoor PRs at the Big 12 Indoor Championships, finishing sixth in the 3K and second in the 5K…established an indoor PR in the mile at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational.
2007-08 (Freshman): Earned four medals at the Big 12 Championships in her debut season with the Cornhuskers...was Nebraska's highest scorer at the outdoor meet with 14 points...finished third in the 5K (17:20.08) and second in the 10K (36:16.18) at the Big 12 Outdoor Championships...placed eighth in the 3K (9:43.19) and third in the 5K (16:45.23) at the Big 12 Indoor Championships...opened the outdoor season at the Stanford Invitational with the No. 2 all-time 10K time in school history and a NCAA provisional qualifier in 33:56.46...qualified for the NCAA outdoor championships in the 5K with a fourth-place finish at the NCAA Midwest Regional (17:01.28)…also took third place in the 5K at Mt SAC and won the 5K at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational.
Big Spring High School: Thrived for the Bulldogs under coach Robert Jumper…won the 2007 PIAA Class ‘AAA’ 3,200-meter title with a time of 10:30.49…captured runner-up honors at the 2007 Nike Outdoor Nationals in the 5K (16:43.46) and finished sixth in the 2-mile (10:28.67) to earn high school All-America honors...her time in the 5K was the third-fastest time by an American prep athlete in 2007...recorded consecutive runner-up finishes at the 2005 and 2006 PIAA ‘AAA’ state cross country meets...finished 14th at the 2006 Northeast Footlocker Cross Country Championships...was a member of the National Honor Society.
