2010-11 (Junior): Maintained his status as an integral member of SU’s championship teams in his third season with the Raiders…earned his second consecutive selection to the Capital One Academic All-District Men’s Track & Field/Cross Country Second Team squad…named a PSAC Spring Top 10 award winner…achieved All-PSAC finishes outdoors in the 1,500 (2nd place) and 5K (3rd place) to help Shippensburg culminate its season with the first PSAC “Triple Crown” in league history…attained USTFCCCA All-Region outdoor honors in the 1,500 meters after a conversion of his mile time at the Millersville Metrics and also in the 5K after running a career PR of 14:28 at the Bison Outdoor Classic…placed third in the mile with a new PR at the PSAC indoor meet and seventh in the 3K with a PR at the same event.
2009-10 (Sophomore): Continued his success as a mid-distance and distance competitor for Shippensburg, placing in four different events during his second season with the program…earned All-PSAC honors during the outdoor season in the 5K and during the indoor season with the 4x800-meter relay squad…placed fourth in the 1,500 meters at the PSAC outdoor meet and seventh in the mile at the PSAC indoor meet…set new PRs in the 1,500, 3K and 5K…named to the ESPN/CoSIDA Academic All-District Second Team.
2008-09 (Freshman): Placed four times at the PSAC meets to highlight a stellar debut season with the Raider track and field program… contributed to the indoor DMR squad that won a PSAC title and earlier in the season set a new school record with a provisional mark…earned All-PSAC recognition with the indoor 4x800-meter relay team that finished third…placed fourth in the 3K at the PSAC indoor meet and sixth in the 1,500-meter run at the PSAC outdoor meet…ran the steeplechase at the Paul Kaiser Classic.
