Biography

2012 (R-Junior): Maintained his role as the primary punter for the Red Raiders in his third season…posted a career-best average of 36.7 yards per punt on 45 attempts…his kicks resulted in 13 fair catches…landed 12 punts inside the 20-yard line, including multiple times in three games…booted three kicks of 50 yards or more, including a career-long punt of 55 yards versus Millersville…averaged 42 yards per punt in the season opener versus Shepherd…kicked a season-high seven punts versus Slippery Rock and in the NCAA playoffs at Winston-Salem State.

2011 (R-Sophomore): Continued in his role as the team’s punter in his second season on the field…totaled 43 punts for an average of 33.2 yards per kick…dropped 16 punts inside the 20-yard line…unleashed two 50-yard punts on the season, including a career-long of 53 yards…totaled five tackles…had a five-yard run against Cheyney.

2010 (R-Freshman): Made his debut as the team’s punter and also spent time as an occasional place kicker...delivered 53 punts during the season, averaging 35.2 yards per kick with a season-long of 52 yards…achieved two touchbacks…landed 12 punts inside the 20-yard line…converted 3-of-6 field-goal attempts and 10-of-12 PAT attempts…averaged 53.8 yards per kickoff.

2009 (Freshman): Redshirt season.

Jim Thorpe High School: Named to Schuylkill County Football Coaches Association and the Anthracite Football Conference All-Star Second-Team…named Special Teams MVP for 2007 and 2008 season by head coach Mark Rosenberger…averaged 38.7 yards per punt…recorded 12 touchbacks…converted 57 of 62 extra-point attempts…earned six separate First Team awards for his kicking prowess…also thrived as a soccer and tennis player…was a First Team defender in the Schuykill Soccer League and was a Lehigh Valley Scholar Athlete…seeded fourth in District II as a senior tennis player…graduated with a 3.5 cumulative GPA on the honor roll.
