2012 (R-Sophomore): Transitioned from the defensive backfield to wide receiver in his third season with the Red Raiders…also fulfilled important special teams obligations…earned starts against Kutztown and West Chester when the team began the game with five wide receivers on the field…hauled in 11 passes for 197 yards and a pair of touchdowns…found the end zone against Lock Haven and LIU Post…caught a career-high three passes for 71 yards in the season opener versus Shepherd…tied his career high with three receptions at Kutztown…also made five tackles on special teams.

2011 (R-Freshman): Appeared in the first eight games of the season, playing defensive back…finished the year with five tackles, including one for loss, to go along with a forced fumble.

2010 (Freshman): Redshirt season…served as the holder on field goals and extra points for the first two games of the season.

Avon Grove High School: Three year letter winner as a Red Devil under head coach Marvin Dooley…played both quarterback and defensive back for Avon Grove, helping team to a share of the Chesmont Conference Championship and an 11-2 finish in 2009…was a team captain and made 127 tackles including 83 solo stops…made five interceptions and recovered four fumbles from his defensive back position…passed for 2,080 yards and 23 touchdowns for his career and added nine rushing touchdowns on the ground…named an All-Chestmont Conference selection as a defensive back following his senior season…played in the 2010 Valor Bowl and was a two-time PFN All-Academic selection…had a 74-yard touchdown return against West Chester East…also served as captain of the track and field team and was a solid academic performer.

Personal: Full name is Thaddeus Kyle Kush…is the son of Sue and Thad Kush…majoring in finance…has two younger brothers, Beau and Corey.
