Shippensburg University Athletics

2010-11 (Junior): Served as the team’s primary competitor at 157 pounds during the season…posted a 10-12 record, including a 6-6 mark in duals…picked up bonus points twice with major decisions…impressed throughout the season with quality victories over regional opponents…competed at the PSAC Championships…posted wins in four of his final five bouts of the season.

2009-10 (Sophomore): Competed in four bouts for Shippensburg…lost a dual meet to Waynesburg…competed in the Washington & Jefferson Open…earned a pin against a wrestler from Thiel.

2008-09 (Freshman): Made his debut with the Red Raider wrestling program and competed in tournament competition throughout the season…his sole dual meet competition came against Elizabethtown at the Messiah Duals…won three matches and had a victory by fall at 141 pounds…defeated Mount Union’s Vince Rock with a pin at the Washington & Jefferson Open…defeated Seton Hill’s Buck Watkins, 4-1, at the Shorty Hitchcock Classic.

Smithsburg High School: Won four letters at Smithsburg High School while competing for head coach Joe Dietrich… finished second in the Maryland 1a-2a wrestling tournament… also played lacrosse and soccer while in high school.

Personal: Full name is James Edward Reilley…is the son of Jim and Beth Reilley…majoring in communications/journalism.
