Biography
2011 (Junior): Maintained a role as one of the team’s leading attacking players in her third year with the Raiders…scored 26 goals, the fourth-most on the team…notched two assists…nearly half of her shots resulted in goals…led the team with three game-winners…was fourth on the team with 11 caused turnovers…picked up 23 groundballs, sixth-most on the team…won 24 draw controls, fourth-most on the team…ended the longest game in a school history with a golden goal over Seton Hill for a triple-overtime victory…registered a career high with six goals in a game at Mercyhurst…had four hat tricks…finished with goals in 11 of 16 games.
2010 (Sophomore): Became a dynamic presence up top for the Lady Raiders in her second season…distributed the ball extremely well and displayed good field vision…led the team with 13 assists…scored 17 goals, ranking fifth on the squad…picked up 16 groundballs…caused seven turnovers…tallied a season-high four goals in a win at Kutztown…finished with hat tricks in three games, including the season opener…had at least one goal in eight games…recorded a career-high five assists in the team’s victory over Shepherd…produced multiple assists in four games.
2009 (Freshman): Appeared in 14 games during her debut season with the Lady Raiders…recorded six points during the season…scored two goals and had four assists…picked up five ground balls…caused two turnovers…had multiple assists in a win over Kutztown.
Spring-Ford High School: Won four letters during high school career under head coach Kristi Holstein…scored 103 career goals…earned second place in the PAC-10 while playing in districts…served a leadership role as a team captain…also participated in soccer.
Personal: Full name is Jessica Lynn Schubach…is the daughter of Ken and Kelly Schubach…has two brothers, John and Carter…majoring in management…also played soccer at Shippensburg.
