2009-10 (Junior): Placed sixth in the javelin at the PSAC outdoor meet to highlight her third year of throwing with the Lady Raiders…set several personal bests throughout the season, including strong efforts in the hammer and the weight.
2008-09 (Sophomore): Continued to develop as a thrower for the Lady Raiders in her second year with the program…placed eighth at the PSAC outdoor meet in the shot put…performed admirably in meets throughout the year.
2007-08 (Freshman): Made her debut as a thrower for the Lady Raider track and field program…competed during the indoor and outdoor seasons.
Archbishop Carroll High School: Won PCL high school championships in the shot put and the discus for the Patriots under the direction of coach Phil Reilly.
Personal: Full name is Margaret Merlie…is the daughter of Fran and Audrey Merlie…majoring in exercise science.
