2009-10 (Freshman): Wrestled five times during his debut season…competed in the Washington & Jefferson Open and the ‘Shorty’ Hitchcock Memorial Classic.

Bedford High School: Earned four letters under head coach Brian Creps at Bedford…earned Laurel Highlands Athletic Conference Honorable Mention…took fourth place in District 5…also ran cross country and track.

Personal: Full name is Joshua David Lang…is the son of Joseph and Cathy Lang…majoring in information technology while seeking a secondary education certificate.
